Fees arrive in whatever token moved. Anyone can turn a stray fee token into WMON through the same Uniswap v4 singleton the Oases settle on, for a small bounty, so stakers draw one asset instead of chasing a hundred dust balances.
What is converted does not land in one block: it is released evenly over a day. A deposit made one second before a fee arrives earns one second of it, not all of it.
